The Prerequisite Nobody Talks About

You cannot automate a mess.
You can only run it faster.

The methodology for writing the process document before you deploy the agent. Because the document is the AI OS layer. Not the model. Not the platform. The document.

The story

12 agents. Zero process.
Total chaos.

A friend texted me. He runs ops at a growing tech company. "We just put 12 AI agents on our onboarding flow. It's a mess. Can you take a look?"

I asked one question: "Can you send me how the onboarding process works today? The written version."

Long pause. "What do you mean by 'the written version'?"

That was the answer. I didn't need to look at the agents. They hadn't deployed AI. They had deployed AI on top of nothing.

Welcome emails to the wrong customers. Accounts provisioned twice. VIP signups routed to a folder nobody read. An agent offering discounts the company never approved.

Three months of operation. A painful amount of refunds.

"They hadn't deployed AI. They had deployed AI on top of nothing."

The model was fine. The agents were fine. The problem was that nobody had ever written down how the business actually works. This course teaches you how to write it.

The method

Process first. Agent second.
Always.

Five modules. Four phases of process. Then, and only then, the agent.

Module 1 · Primer 00
Why agents fail without process

The Folklore Problem

Why most companies run on unwritten habits. What happens when agents execute folklore. The 12-agent disaster dissected.

3 lessons
Module 2 01
Pick and sit

Pick One Workflow. Sit With the Workers.

Not ten. One. Not the managers who think they know. The people who actually do the work. What to watch for. What to write down.

4 lessons
Module 3 02
Write the doc

The Process Document

Format. Rules. Thresholds. Exceptions. Approvals. Writing for a new hire and for an agent. Resolving the disagreements where all the expensive mistakes live.

5 lessons
Module 4 03
Run it with a human

The Human Test

Run the workflow with a human using only the doc. If they struggle, the doc is not done. The iteration loop. When the doc is ready.

4 lessons
Then, and only then.
Module 5 04
Add one agent

Add One Agent

Clearest rules, lowest stakes, fastest feedback. Not twelve. One. Start at the edges. Earn trust before the middle. Capstone: document one real workflow end-to-end and deploy one agent on it.

4 lessons + capstone
The proof · Real numbers

900 onboardings. Two agents. Zero refunds. The team spent two weeks doing nothing but writing the process. Every rule. Every threshold. Every Friday quirk. Every unwritten rule. By the end of week two, the doc was 22 pages. Ugly. Dense. Honest. We handed it to two of the original agents and ran them on a backlog. Same agents. Same models. Totally different result.

"The only thing that changed was the document."
Honestly

This is for you if:

You've deployed AI agents and the results are inconsistent
You manage a team and the process lives in people's heads, not on paper
You want to automate workflows but don't know where to start
You've been burned by "AI transformation" that skipped the homework
You're an operator, team lead, or founder ready to do the unglamorous work

Don't take this if:

You want to learn prompting. This is about process, not prompts.
You want a quick fix. This is the slow, real fix.
You think the problem is the model. It's not the model.

FAQ

Before you ask.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, email [email protected].

What's the methodology, in plain terms?
Document the process before you build the agent. Pick one workflow, sit with the people who actually do it, write the steps a new hire would follow, run it as a human one more time, then add one agent at the right step. The order matters: process first, agent second, always.
Is this a no-code course?
Yes for the methodology. You leave with a process document, a Human Test rubric, and one production-grade workflow. We use n8n / Make-style automation for the 'add one agent' step — drag-and-drop, no code required.
Will I leave with one working automation?
Yes. The capstone is a written process document plus one deployed agent at the highest-leverage step. We don't build 12 agents in a weekend — that's the mistake the course is designed to fix.
How is this different from a generic 'AI strategy' course?
AI strategy courses teach frameworks and decks. This course teaches you to write the document that becomes the spec for any agent you deploy. Strategy tells you what could happen; the process document is what actually gets built.
I'm a solo founder, not a manager. Does this still apply?
Yes. The methodology scales down to one person. The folklore problem (everyone has a different version of the workflow) exists even in your own head when you've done a task 200 different ways. The process document fixes that for solo operators too.
How long will it take?
4–6 hours for the lessons. Then 1–2 weeks of fieldwork to actually run the methodology on one of your real workflows. The work happens off-screen.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. Invoices issued. Email [email protected] subject 'Reimbursement' for the L&D pitch document.
What's the refund policy?
€97 courses are non-refundable. Priced low on purpose. Technical issues with access — email us and we'll fix them.
