What's the minimum team size for Cohorte corporate training?
Six seats for a private Team Bootcamp. The Curriculum License starts at 25 seats per year. The AI Readiness Program has no minimum and is scoped to your specific transformation, starting at €35,000.
Can we mix seniority levels in a Team Bootcamp?
Yes. The curriculum runs role-specific paths in parallel. Leaders, engineers, marketers, and ops people complete the same program with different exercises, capstones, and evaluation criteria. Mixed cohorts work well and surface real cross-functional issues.
Do you work with procurement, sign NDAs, accept POs?
Yes. We issue VAT-compliant invoices, sign NDAs and DPAs, accept Purchase Orders, and we have worked with procurement teams at PwC, mid-market tech firms, healthcare, and consulting. We are a registered SAS in France with EU VAT.
What if we only need training on one module (verification, governance, deployment)?
We can scope a custom engagement around one theme: verification, governance, AI policy, agent deployment, or a specific stack. The AI Readiness Program is built to be flexible. Pricing for a focused engagement starts at €35,000.
Is Cohorte Qualiopi certified? Can we use OPCO funding?
Qualiopi certification is on our 2026 roadmap and is in progress. We are not Qualiopi-certified today, so direct OPCO funding through us is not yet available. Most French companies who train with us use their direct corporate L&D budget (the most common path), or work through a Qualiopi-certified partner we coordinate with. Email [email protected] and we will help you find the right path for your accounting setup.
Can our French employees use CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation) to pay?
Not currently. CPF funding requires Qualiopi certification, which we are working toward. For now, the standard path for French corporate buyers is direct L&D budget. Individual French professionals looking for CPF-eligible AI training can email [email protected] and we will share our certified partner list.
How long from first call to kickoff?
Curriculum License: typically 2 weeks (contract, onboarding, launch). Team Bootcamp: 3 to 6 weeks depending on cohort dates and team availability. AI Readiness Program: 4 to 8 weeks (scoping, kickoff workshop, then execution). For tight timelines (a board commitment, a public AI announcement) we can compress, but we will not ship a worse program to hit a date.
Will you send a proposal document I can forward to my CHRO / CFO / board?
Yes. After a 30-minute scoping call we send a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, references. It is built to be forwarded. If you only want the document (no call), we can ship a draft from a short email exchange. Email [email protected] with subject 'Proposal request' and the rough shape of your problem.
