The problem

If a competitor could publish it unchanged,
it's too generic.

Every marketer I know has the same story. They started using AI for content. The first drafts were impressive. Fast. Clean structure. Professional tone.

Then they noticed something.

It all sounded the same. Their content. Their competitor's content. Everyone's content. The same confident, slightly-warm, aggressively-professional voice that sounds like it was raised by a committee.

That is the AI voice. And it is the fastest way to make your brand disappear.

Your brand voice took years to build. It lives in specific word choices, sentence rhythms, opinions, things you refuse to say, things only you would say. AI doesn't know any of that. Unless you teach it.

"The Swap Test: take your AI-generated content. Replace your brand name with a competitor's. If it reads the same, it's too generic."

The trap is using AI to generate content from scratch instead of using it to refine and systematize what you already know works.

This course teaches you how to build AI systems that protect your brand voice, accelerate your campaigns, and give you competitive intelligence without flattening everything into beige.

The method

14 lessons. 5 modules.
One marketing OS.

Three builds. Each protects what generic AI flattens. Each stacks into a system you run weekly.

Module 1 · Primer 00
Why AI flattens voice

The Brand Voice Problem

Why AI defaults to beige. The Swap Test. What makes a voice distinctive. The cost of generic at scale.

2 lessons
Module 2 · Build 1 01
Protect the voice

The Brand Voice Editor

Upload your style guide and best work. Define tone, vocabulary, and rules. Build the specialist. Test it. Run the Swap Test on the output until it passes.

4 lessons
Module 3 · Build 2 02
Accelerate the brief

Campaign Brief Autopilot

Trigger: new campaign data. AI drafts a structured brief in your template. Output: review-ready in Notion or your tool of choice.

Module 4 · Build 3 03
See the market

Competitive Intelligence Agent

Research agent searches. Challenger agent audits for gaps and bias. Manager synthesizes. You get a verified competitive brief in 15 minutes.

Module 5 04
Run it weekly

Your Marketing OS

Connect the three builds. Your weekly marketing rhythm with AI. The Swap Test as an ongoing quality gate. Capstone: ship one real campaign through the system.

2 lessons + capstone
The three builds

Three transformations. One marketing OS.

Each build replaces a real bottleneck. The numbers are not estimates. They are the measured deltas from the capstone walkthroughs.

01
Brand Voice Editor

From beige to brand.

Generic AI drafts On-brand on first pass

A specialist bot trained on your style guide, your best work, your vocabulary. Every draft matches your voice on the first pass.

02
Campaign Brief Autopilot

From writing to reviewing.

45 minutes to write 5 minutes to review

New campaign data arrives. AI drafts a structured brief in your format. You stop writing briefs. You start reviewing them.

03
Competitive Intelligence Agent

From research to read.

3 hours of research 15 minutes to review

A research and challenger agent team that produces verified competitive briefs. The boring monitoring work, automated. The judgment work, yours.

Honestly

This is for you if:

You're a content marketer, brand manager, or marketing director
You use AI for content and feel your brand voice slipping
You want to speed up campaign workflows without sacrificing quality
You need competitive intelligence faster than your current process
You want a system, not another prompt template

Don't take this if:

You want a generic prompt library. This builds systems, not prompts.
You don't have an existing brand voice to protect. Start with the Thinking Stack.
You want deep technical AI skills. See the Engineering Series.

FAQ

Before you ask.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, email [email protected].

What are the three builds?
A Brand Voice Editor (catches generic AI output before it ships), a Campaign Brief Autopilot (turns goals + audience into a structured brief in your voice), and a Competitive Intelligence Agent (monitors competitors, summarizes positioning shifts). The capstone wires them into your marketing OS.
Is this for B2C marketers, B2B, or both?
Both. The Brand Voice Editor and Campaign Brief Autopilot work identically for both. The Competitive Intelligence Agent has B2B and B2C variants in the templates.
How do I keep my brand voice when AI is doing the writing?
That's the entire first module. You build a Brand Voice Style Guide (12 dimensions: rhythm, vocabulary, restrictions, anti-patterns) and the Brand Voice Editor uses it to catch generic phrasing before publishing. It's the missing layer most AI marketing courses skip.
Do I need a specific CMS or stack?
No. The builds use Claude / ChatGPT projects + documents. They produce text you paste into whatever CMS or doc tool you already use (HubSpot, Notion, Webflow, etc.).
Will this work for a one-person marketing team and a 20-person team?
Both. The systems are personal first (you use them) and scale with documentation (you give them to a junior or contractor). Templates included for both scenarios.
Time commitment?
8–10 hours: ~5 hours of lessons, ~5 hours building. The Brand Voice Style Guide is the most rewarding part — most teams have never written one.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. CMOs and marketing directors regularly approve this. Invoices issued. Email [email protected] subject 'Reimbursement.'
What's the refund policy?
€297 courses are non-refundable. Above this price we offer a 14-day conditional refund; this course sits at €297, so it's final.

Don't sound like everyone else.
