The problem

You don't need to build every automation.
You need to know what to ask.

A VP told me his company bought 200 AI licenses. Adoption rate after six months: 14%.

The problem was not the tool. The problem was that leadership announced "AI-first" without understanding what that meant in practice. They didn't model the behavior. They didn't ask the questions that make teams think differently about their work.

The leaders who drive real AI adoption don't build every automation themselves. They ask three questions consistently, in every meeting, every review, every standup:

"Where is the Mind-in-the-Loop?"Who is the human accountable for the output? If nobody can answer, the system isn't ready.
"What's the verification time?"How long does it take a human to meaningfully review the output? If the answer is "longer than we have," the system needs redesign.
"Who owns the output?"When it goes wrong, and it will, whose name is on it? If the answer is vague, accountability is missing.
"Three questions. Asked consistently. Culture changed."

This course gives you the framework, the three questions, and three practical builds that free up hours of your week while sharpening every meeting where AI is on the table.

Honestly

This is for you if:

You're a team lead, director, VP, or founder
You're driving AI adoption and want a framework, not just tools
You spend too much time on decision briefs, stakeholder updates, and research
You want to lead by example, not just by mandate
You need to evaluate your team's AI initiatives with the right questions

Don't take this if:

You want to build complex AI systems. See the Engineering Series.
You want technical depth. This is leadership, not engineering.
You think buying licenses equals AI adoption. It doesn't.

FAQ

Before you ask.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, email [email protected].

What are the three things I actually build?
A Decision Brief Generator (turns scattered inputs into one-page briefs), a Stakeholder Update Autopilot (drafts your weekly update from your calendar + notes), and a Strategic Research Agent (synthesizes industry reads into action items). The capstone wires the three into your leadership OS.
I have no technical background. Can I build these?
Yes. The builds use Claude / ChatGPT projects, prompts, and structured documents — no code, no API keys. If you can format a document and copy a prompt, you can build all three in a weekend.
How is this different from an executive strategy course or MBA AI module?
Executive strategy courses tell you what AI is. This course is a build kit. You leave with three working systems you can use Monday. It's complement to strategy, not a replacement for it.
Will my team need to do this too, or can I lead by example?
Lead by example. The course is explicitly designed so a leader can adopt AI personally, build the three systems, and demonstrate the pattern to their team before mandating anything. Most leaders who try this skip the 'mandate AI' stage entirely.
Which tools do I need?
A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan (~€20/month). Notion or Google Docs for the documents. That's it. No engineering stack required.
Time commitment?
8–10 hours total: ~5 hours of lessons, ~5 hours building the three systems. Most people do it across two weekends.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes — this is one of the most common L&D-reimbursed courses we sell. We issue invoices and provide a one-pager L&D template. Email [email protected] subject 'Reimbursement.'
What's the refund policy?
€297 courses are non-refundable. Above this price we offer a 14-day conditional refund; this course sits exactly at €297, so it's final. Priced so the decision is real.
